Renting a Room for Comfort

To ensure our toddler could take a nap during the day, we rented a room on the island. This turned out to be a great decision as it provided a comfortable space for our little one to rest, and allowed us to store our belongings securely. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities we needed. We were also able to have a nice shower here before returning home.

Beach Fun

The highlight of our day was undoubtedly the beach. KudaGiri Picnic Island boasts stunning beaches with soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters. Our toddler enjoyed playing in the sand and playing in the shallow waters, while we took turns swimming. The island's calm waters are perfect for young children, making it a safe and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Picnic Time

Hambe's family had brought all the necessary ingredients and food with them to organise a traditional Maldivian feast on the beach with chicken curry, rice, fresh tuna, vegetables, fruits, and drinks. We all gathered in the hut and ate whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the beach.
